Interbank ECN accounts

Dukascopy is mostly targeted at offering institutional trading services. Due to getting trades to the interbank market minimum deposit requirements remain quite high. For example, the minimum deposit for the Retail ECN account is 1000 USD. This trading account type is available for individuals. Minimum deposit for corporate clients is 50 000 USD (Standard account).

Forex market participants are also provided access to Dukascopy API. API is used to receive real-time quotes, sending orders, stopping and modifying orders and automatic trading notifications. To be able to open the forex account with access to API (FIX API) – the minimum deposit is 100 000 USD. Using a trading advisor is possible for interbank account types Advisory and VIP.
